Take one ounce of purified water and pour it in a spray glass bottle with ½ teaspoon of aloe vera carrier oil.

Now add 2 to 4 drops of lavender essential oil and 1 drop of helichrysum essential oil in this water. Make sure to dilute the solution well by shaking it well.

Spritz the solution on the affected skin area. You must use this 2-3 times per day for better results. Repeat this process daily till your skin becomes normal and redness and pain disappear.

  • Sunscreen recipe

You will need 5 different types of essential oil to make effective sunscreen for protection and treat sunburn. Below all the essential oil required are mentioned.

You will need 4 ounces of coconut carrier oil, 12 drops of roman chamomile essential oil, 10 drops of lavender essential oil, 10 drops of helichrysum essential oil, and 8 drops of myrrh essential oil.

Now, when you have all the required essential oil in the right amount; let’s start making sunscreen.

Pour the coconut carrier oil into a small glass bottle and mix all the other essential oils in that and string it to mix them well.

The mixture of this essential oil should be kept in a tightly closed dark color glass bottle and in a refrigerator in between of its uses.

Before going out in sun, apply this solution to the skin. For the best result and protection apply sunscreen every 2-3 hours when you are continuously outside under the sun.

We are going to see the powerful sunblock recipe that prevents the skin from getting burned. To make powerful sunblock we will need many carrier oils and essential oils. Below all the required oils are mentioned for making it.

½ cup of sweet almond carrier oil, ¼ cup of coconut carrier oil, ¼ cup beeswax, 1 teaspoon red raspberry seed carrier oil, 1 teaspoon of carrot seed carrier oil, 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil, 2 tablespoon shea butter, 10 drops helichrysum essential oil, 10 drops of lavender essential oil, and 2 tablespoons of zinc oxide powder.

Now, you have all the required oils. Let’s start the process of making powerful sunblock.

Firstly, pour the almond and coconut carrier oil into 16 ounces glass bottle or jar. Now add beeswax, red raspberry seed, carrot seed carrier oils, and vitamin E oil to it. String the solution well to mix it. After mixing them, add shea butter to the mixture and string well to combine.

It’s time to mix helichrysum and lavender essential oil with this mixture and string it well.

Now, you need a saucepan with half-filled water and start boiling water in a saucepan on medium heat.

You need to put the lid on the glass jar loosely, keep the jar on the saucepan to heat it up. As the jar is heating up the solution inside it starts to melt and combines well.  When the mixture is well heated and completed melt add zinc oxide powder to it and string well. After this, take off the jar from the heat and let it cool down.

Now you need to pour the solution into the tight dark-colored glass bottle or jar and keep it in the refrigerator between the uses.

Apply this solution on the skin whenever you go outside as a powerful sunblock solution.
